Collorants: Some scents in this collection do not have collorant and develop a natural shade based on the ingredients and oils used. When collorants are used for the Mango-Avocado soap we use Mica Powder. Natural mica powder uses naturally occuring minerals that are mined and then colored with oxides or dyes. Natural mica is known for its glittery appearance. Natural mica powder is a great alternative to dyes typically used in commercial soap products.

Coconut Oil

One of the most common ingredients in a variety of products from soaps and scrubs, to lotions and conditioners. Coconut oil is a nourishing oil known for moisturizing and conditioning properties. It contains fatty acids that help cleans and is great for both skin and scalp. Coconut oil is often refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD). The RBD process removes impurities and odors that exist in natural pressed coconut oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Produced from the first cold press of olives, extra virgin olive oil has deep color and strong olive scent. Olive oil marks a hard, long-laster soap with a gentle cleansing lather that is suitable for all skin types, including most sensitive skins. High in Oleic acid, olive oil is great for soft conditioning.

Mango Butter

Rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants, mango butter provides a deep hydrating and nourishing lather for skin and hair.

Avocado Oil

Has excellent moisturizing benefits due to its high content of Vitamins A, D, and E. Creates a gentl, hydrating soap with a creamy lather.

Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)

Lye has been used in the soap making process for generations. Yes, lye is a caustic soda, but no lye remains after the saponification process (oils being turned to soap). We superfat (add extra fats) our soap to ensure there is no lye remaining in the finished soap bars. Making soap with lye is the traditional process and is a much better alternative to the harsh and irritation chemicals that many moderns soaps are made from.

No Synthetic Fragrances

Our Mango-Avocado collection of bar soaps do not have synthetic fragrances. Each scent is created using either essential oils, or all natural fragrances. Check each label for specific ingredients in your favorite scents.
