We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your product, please give us the opportunity to fix things. 

 

 Returns Policy


Due to the nature of our products, most of our product cannot be returned. Returned products cannot be resold to customers as new. We may ask that a product be returned if the issue prompts us to inspect the quality of the product.

We process refunds as quickly as possible.  Once we receive your return order (if applicable), we will process a refund generally within a day or two.  Please allow several additional days for your bank to process the refund to your card. We sometimes offer the option of a store credit. We may also offer the option of a store credit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but we currently choose not to. We currently only sell to retail customers in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
